Every Saturday ATU Sligo Farmers Market sells organic produce directly to the public in Sligo town, County Sligo. Stalls offer organic meat, fruit and vegetables as well as homebaking, cheese and fresh fish.
Sligo Farmers Market boasts a wide selection of fresh locally produced produce. The market, located in the carpark of Sligo ATU in County Sligo, has producers on hand to discuss any questions about their produce. There are homemade jams, chutneys and tapenades along with wide variety of organic yogurts, smoothies, vegetarian meals, fair trade coffees and teas. Sligo Farmers Market has become a very sociable place where people come to shop, meet their friends, sample some of the tasty treats and soak up the atmosphere.
The market is held every Saturday from 10am-2pm.
