Tae Teaċ invites us to slow down, listen & truly see the magic that surrounds us here in Sligo. Through local wild herbs this tea space becomes something of a home. Every sip is a conversation with place. Here, tea is not just a comfort, it’s medicine, ritual & an old culture humming softly beneath the noise of modern life.
The plants work with us not against us. They offer what we need. This ceremony honours that connection. This is the art of a Cup of Tae.
